Of course it has to do with the subject, which is the Obama administrations slowing down of the GOM o&g industry. So if production matters where is it? Why can't you find oodles of oil, it's everywhere isn't it????? Wells are being successfully drilled every day on private lands where the administration can't halt it. You realize if that weren't true, the zero production you're looking forward to would actually be reached. It's a shame the administration seems to want to shrink the offshore industry down as much as possible.
