Sergio,
As you may know, I am a tax guy. In the tax business, the term "fair value" is defined as the price a willing buyer is willing to pay for something. I think that this definition applies to stock also. Fair value is the price that the market decides a company's stock is worth. I am sure many people own stocks that they feel are not "fairly valued"
