Darrell, my fear is that we don't know how many new shares will be issued in exchange for TriStar. They didn't increase the authorized shares for nothing. It is possible we could get diluted as much as 20:1.

Darrell, thanks for the post. <<just blamed it on the MM.>> That's one of the things that scares me about Herb, he doesn't have a clue. An idiot CEO with his head up his ass or a manipulator. He should have reported on Tri-Star before doing the split and only then split the stock. If he had to split before the papers could be signed, he could have done the split and reported on Tri-Star within minutes. The stock would be appreciating rather than falling. However, mom always said buy low.
