All-- KLIC (wire bonders) has nothing to do with CYMI directly, but they do seem fairly bullish on the industry in '98: biz.yahoo.com Good day.

Craig - a word of caution. Make sure that you're not skirting any proxy laws, or other securities laws. There are so many of them and they're so esoteric. I don't work in the area but just thought I'd put that in your mind, so that you don't find yourself in some sort of mess for your good work. Anybody know anything about this area?

Craig, Would it pay to FAX a copy and follow up with an original through one of the guys in San Diego? Failing that, if you knew which hotel in NYC he was staying at, the original could be waiting for him at registration - at least he'd have a Fax version to work with before he leaves. Joe in NJ
