'WS doesn't have our best interests at heart, to say the least.' You are correct if playing in the 'casino' with the WS mafia is your main gig.. Actually WS is doing some of us a favor locking in such low interest rates with depressed cash flowing assets we control that is a once in a lifetime opportunity, at least in my world, for those who are positive and want a more secure future and are protected regardless of what happens down the road with inflation, interest rates, economy and debasement of currency. Flip side is all the exotic stuff courtesy of the WS casino that 'cause and effect' types looking for the next smoking gun are so enamored with that in the end is an up and down roller coaster that controls you rather than protect you..This what I would call gambling making it the ultimate form of hypocrisy..
