I may be reading secondaries wrong, but I thought they represented price floors, as opposed to price ceilings. I am new to this so if I have read into them wrong please let me know. That is why I think no secondary is the best short-term play, while a secondary makes for more downward pressure, more return just takes more longer and a little bit more painful getting there. I guess this is what CS has already said. Thanks -Allan
