Well, I'm not really a fan of Mister Softee. Back 8-10 years ago, I did trade the stock several times, and coined a tidy sum.
I think JNJ has more appreciation potential, as a ton of bad news has been priced into the stock, causing it to be driven down to the lower end of its 52 W range (although I do see Softee is trading toward the lower end, as well).
I like the fact that JNJ has just shy of 150 b.p. higher yield than MSFT.
