You may want to take a look at the most recent filings on Insider Trader( www.insidertrader.com)- showing that at the end of October insiders sold 175,000 shares of AVEI and filed additional 144s to sell 342,000 more shares. Seems like very heavy selling to me for a stock where there are " no problems".

Hi Lee. Anything new? Nothing here. I talked with my friend who works at AVE and he had not heard anything about any rumors. From what I gathered, most people at AVE are now just "ho-hum" about the stock and no one expecets anything major to happen until FDA approval. He does know of some higher level people who have been selling but even they are just taking a profit (allot of them are selling some of their shares from their ipo still, others who bought while in the teens.) I sold my AVE "play" money at a slight loss the other day and put it into some long term 3Com. Its beginning to look like its not going to make 60 again anytime soon. No reason to play with anything that does not appear to be going anywhere special.
