Exactly, and as high-quality citizens die off and are replaced by low-quality morons, the United States will become a dysfunctional example of what computer scientists refer to in their profession as a garbage in-garbage out problem. Low-quality morons will be born or immigrate into the American pipeline (e.g., garbage in), and services, productivity, and a ruined society that is associated with them will reflect the added weight of their undesirable presence (e.g., garbage out).
