John, sometimes your logic is questionable. why do you accept as fact the numbers that are kept in a mayo jar on the porch:> i suspect mike is leading up to the issue of how many additional shares have been or will be issued because of the prior acquisitions that are discussed in the 10K. BTW: when do you find time to do any farming? ;)

If Michael called Riley and debated the issue... tell me... what would be solved? You guys don't have proof of anything that would've transpired in that conversation. Either side could tell you what they wanted, and we would be back to square one. At least now, it's undisputed if it's on the thread, and cannot be taken back. I think Michael's end is to have undisputed evidence to take to the SEC. It's in writing, and maybe if his end was to use it in court, he would need it in writing. However, Michael, don't bother, I'm sure Riley has been advised by his lawyers to keep mum. And I'm not saying it's because he's guilty, I'm saying because it's a smart move so as to not say anything rash and give Dempsey Mork any more material to work with. Matty Gregg
