The Arab League says it was supposed to be only a no-fly zone and they don't like hitting targets on the ground. Without Arab League support, the UNSC wouldn't have passed the resolution to do whatever it is we're doing.

A little rope-a-dope going on here? I thought Secretary Gates made it abundantly clear a couple weeks ago that you don't have a no-fly zone without first taking out their ground-based defensive capabilities.
