It would be more of a personal victory had I not covered my 10k short position at 27. I hope there are more opportunities to short!

They must have been caught by surprise - normally the first press relase out would be claiming victory for Avant! with this decision.

I sure hope that they don't announce that they lost $100,000,000 to Cadence. The stock would probably shoot through $50 :-)

The thinking of people is so backwards. The company just lost money last quarter. They are losing multi-million dollar lawsuits and the stock goes higher.
