Obama in Brazil gazing at Libya trying to undo the Bush's mistake.

Bush disregarded LATAM and now Obama tries to recoup the lost time.

But it is a bad sign to have him gazing at troubled regions while trying to remedy Bush's mistake.

In 3 weeks Dilma Rousseff will be in China. Agenda includes meeting President Lu Jintao and PM Wen Jiabao.

Just economic issues will be on the table.
