Yep that's how they the Feds get away with it. Might makes right. The man they prosecuted will do about 15 years in the Fed Pen. What pissed me off is the guy was minting silver coins! The U.S. Treasury mints worthless tokens and somehow we are to believe that worthless tokens are legitimate and silver is not and that somehow silver illegitimately undermines the value of worthless tokens? What a corrupt idea that is! It's actually more than a corrupt idea, there is Gresham's law. The Feds have nothing to worry about because people will automatically dump their fiat currency into circulation and hoard/hold any silver coinage. There apparently is a fine line between legal tender and barter. If I trade a silver coin for a good or service is that a barter transaction or a legal tender law violation?
