Tech Buyer, Sorry, I haven't tried writing Puts because I need lots of cash in reserve doing so. So I just concentrate buying Calls. Writing In the Money LEAP Calls and then with the proceeds buying Out the Money LEAP Calls was employed by me in the Past for Zero Cost investing with a Bullish tone. It's like borrowing Equity from my stocks(without interest) then using the cash to acquire more properties.

i am a short term investor.
would people recommend getting out of this stock prior to earnings?
bought in at 33.
would gladly take 1000 profit and get out.
any reliable information out there as to whether amat will meet earnings?
i know this is a stupid question, because if anyone knew they would be rich and probably wouldn't share the info.
anyways, doesnt hurt to ask.
