Bomb and invade, just like the prior administration. That's the foreign policy. Only countries at risk are those with oil reserves, of course. Genocide in those w/o reserves is ignored. The window dressing varies: WMD, Iraqi freedom from a cruel dictator, keep a dictator from killing his own people, etc. etc.
