What is the race/religion being killed in Libya? There are plenty of other counties with authoritarian governments around the world, one happens to be 90 miles off U.S. shores, has had the same government for 50 years. Why are we so concerned with this particular authoritarian government (Libya)? I'm okay with what is going on given that the U.N. threw its hand in, we cannot sit out an action by the U.N. ... but if we precipitated the U.N. action then I would be against it. The questions I would like answered are: "Who are we going to kill, and why?" There is no way to divorce military action from killing people, I want to know who we are aiming to kill, why we are aiming to kill them, and how many other people are going to get killed by the wayside. I don't buy precision bombing crap, when you blow shit up innocent people get blown up too.
