Does anyone have details on the Morgan Stanley comments?

Santa Fe International (SDC) has gotten positive mention around its presence in the Caspian Sea, and Rauscher Pierce inititated coverage with a "buy-market perform"

<<<<<Says demand continues to be robust in sector.

...here is my contrarian viewpoint.

.......... IMF puts screws to ASEAN countries to open up trade, clean up financial irregularities and deregulate.

........ japan, HK, and China follow suit, needing something other than an export machine to solve crisis.

........drilling rigs are signed up for at least a year in advance.

.........by the time the rigs could be up for lease, japan, HK, and ASEAN countries rebound due to improved monetary policies, pent up demand, and better financial oversight--they are off to the races again.

.........demand then rises for oil and we are back in a driller's bull market!!!! :-)

..........this crisis will reform japan (already started) and the whole of asia including ASEAN, HK, China etc. will follow in their footsteps.

..........this period will be seen as the last chance to buy in on the dips before the sector has one last blast for 1-2 years. just my guess!!!!
