Yes, in 2002 when I appeared for the test, they asked me 10Qs.

Remember, before u are eligible for a citizenship test, you need to be a "Green Card" holder (these days its called a 'Permanent Resident' card, those days it was called a 'Resident Alien' card), for at least 5 years. The process of obtaining a "Green Card" could vary between 18 months (like it was for me) or 10+ years for some others I know.
