Thanks Dave. The market reacted positive to Olin acquiring the 50 % of Sunbelt it didn't own. It will add to earnings. At the top of the CA cycle. Olin will be a cash cow and less labor intensive than in the past. I alway thought they would acquire the balance. I still think they should sell Winchester. I think with the new Sunbelt purchase, that's a bigger possibility now.
