PROCESSING/EXPIRATION PRICING CONSIDERATIONS

EXPIRING CCME OPTIONS WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO OCC’S AUTOMATIC EXERCISE THRESHOLDS IN EXPIRATION PROCESSING MARCH 19, 2011.

Holders of long positions in these affected options will need to make independent determinations of the value of the option deliverable in deciding to exercise, or not exercise, any expiring long position.

Trading in China MediaExpress Holdings Inc. (CCME) Common Shares was halted on NASDAQ Global Select on March 11, 2011.

MEMBERS SHOULD ADVISE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING CONSIDERATIONS INTO ACCOUNT IN DECIDING TO EXERCISE, OR NOT TO EXERCISE, THESE OPTIONS.

CCME
March series of CCME options expire March 19, 2011. For purposes of calculating a price for use in expiration processing, OCC will use the last available CCME price of $11.88 from March 11, 2011. But, as stated above, automatic exercise thresholds will not apply.

Elroy, was there a consensus whether I am allowed to trade CCME?

Well, we don't have a rule about what to do with stocks that are halted, but not delisted. We're not giving you the last traded price on a stock that had it's auditor, institutional investor board member and CFO resign, and then got halted.

Whattaya think it's worth, 45 cents a share?

I'd say since you're halted you gotta sit on the halt, and just be glad you get to appear to still have $11.88/share value until the ice breaks. Anyone else want to chime in as to what to do about halted CCME, feel free!
