Hey all,

Just a little ditty for ya,

I have a friend, (the one I talked about yesterday) said he has another way that finally worked for his buddy when asking for his certs. He said to ask for the name, address, and telephone number of the compliance officer. Said once he did that, things couldn't have been smoother!
