Jan,
First, I want to say that I would really like to see the lawsuits go away. I think we all know who's going to benefit from those.

If I was God (or for you atheists, king) before I cut off GJ's head and messed with the board, I would like to know some more facts about this CReative Accounting Problem. Where did the idea originate? Who knew what? And when? You know, sort of like Watergate. I think just making wholesale changes would not be in our best interests. I understand the have some really good engineering types there and to keep them there, you need to have comfy environment. I wonder if many employees watch this thread. I can imagine a couple of responses: 1)Hah!! or 2)Ooooh! What's going on? Do we need to be worried here?

Change is needed but, I for one, need more info.

You suppose that Clown 1, 2, & 3 are really the scumsucking bottom-dwellers that have filed these suits and are trolling?
