The curious "coincidence" is that we consume about a quarter of the energy AND we also account for about a quarter of the global GDP.

I see a direct correlation between GDP and available energy.

Countries that have increased their GDPs significantly in the past 50 or more years have also significantly increased available energy.

Population increases are not enough. More people, without more energy, remain poor or worse.
Unless energy growth is included there is no GDP growth.

Without GDP growth, there is no hope of ever paying back all the loans.

Therein lies the big brick wall we are headed for.

I believe O and his czars understand this and are working us in that direction.
