Nor do any of us. But this new equilibirum for ZITL is probably good for the shorts since it allows orderly covering. Once most of the shorts are covered - barring any amazing news from the amazing Mr. King - ZITL should start to fall again.

I have no idea when. But I'll be waiting.

Kathy and All:

Zitel filed 96 Annual Report 12-20-96. Does anyone know a better date for 1997 than around 12-19? Options expire 12-19 this year. I anticipate a qualified opinion from Zitel's CPA's--the going concern issue in light of what the CPA opinion might be 12-98 and the likelihood of a branch dragging exercise in the least from a prudent CPA.

Note Nov options expire 11-21. Announcements could intensify swings on expiration days.

I would hope Zitel would file before year end for the sake of people considering tax loss selling.

Regards,
MDR

<<I have no idea what is going to happen with Zitl, nor do you.>>

Let me correct you. I DO have a very good idea what will happen to Zitel. This sham company will continue collapsing.

So far I have been 100% right about Zitel - evidenced by the fact that the value of my short position has increased dramatically over the course of 10 months. You - on the other hand - have been 100% wrong about Zitel. Despite the nonstop bullcrap spewed by some of the longs on this thread - this track record speaks for itself.

The market in general is still hideously overvalued, and I believe a lot of small investors will get a nasty surprise in the not too distant future.

If you are implying that Zitel is one of those "bargains", I welcome you to buy more.

I too am looking at all the bargains in the Y2K area out there. But it seems that none of them have the ability to get people's attnetion like ZITL. If there really is a SEC investigation I am not doing anything here. If there is not any investigation then I agree with Deep-Digm that there may be one more big play left with this stock and I want to have money available when the time is right. In the mean time I have been looking at CSGI and DDIM for the same reasons. The problem with CSGI is that even the people that are bullish on it want the president to resign. DDIM I am still researching.

Dont worry about the people here. All Y2K stocks have been hit hard and these guys are just falling over themselves to take credit. Lets see what happens by the end of the year.
