Hah good point i guess if you are a realtor, lender, builder, county RE tax collector or the ghost of David Lereah.

Investor or landlord or remodeler a different animal is total control could care less about all the other macro stuff except cash out and run far away once in a lifetime bubble like we just had which in essence was a casino roller coaster ride like the stock market cycle basically lasting near six years into 2009..

You will always be my friend and have my admiration for the fine group we had here that was great therapy during those crazy times in 2005-06 when we really were the contrarian's and doom and gloom was not in anybody's playbook and the tea party folks could care less about big government and deficits but instead were all giving each other high five's over the Bush economic miracle..
