>> The SPENDING didn't start TWO YEARS AGO...it started 11 YEARS AGO...why didn't you express concern THEN ?

Don't be ridiculous. The spending THEN was NOTHING like the spending now. Bush's spending was more than I would have cared for, but he never wrote a check for a trillion dollars to pay off special interests. Never. And Obama did that his first month in office.

>>> Really? So he came into office with the economy going full steam then did he?

No, he didn't, but had he behaved responsibly we would be heading toward recovery instead of toward increased inflation.

Had the economy

a) Been generally left alone with TARP already in place;
b) The health care destruction act not been passed; and
c) The tax cuts been extended before the last minute; and
d) The Stimulus bill never passed,

the economy would have been in better shape than it is now. You can't burn a trillion dollars like he did and come out the other side unscathed. He wasted a trillion dollars of MY KIDS MONEY.

A GOVERNMENT CANNOT SPEND ITS WAY INTO PROSPERITY. It has never, ever happened. Period.

...it started 11 YEARS AGO..

That does not excuse Obama or congress from trying to fix it now.
