Raytheon shows me nothing to make me believe they have an extensive database of embedded systems in automated factories.

They do directly compete with Fluor Daniel. In 1995, Raytheon and Fluor worked together on a refinery in Thailand.
I think there is a real possibility of a TPRO/Raytheon alliance, unless Fluor was promised exclusivity, which I doubt.

Dear Doc: Competition doesnt bother me. In fact I will be almost relieved if there is signigicant competition as Cheryl has me scared to death as to what ill fate may befall us come 1/1/2000. Since we already have a gold plated client base and what I would consider a set of platinum alliances I would say we are pretty much fixed as to customers and potentials. Also, while Raytheon certainly is formidable, especially with a boards members aunt involved (gg) this might be a situation where being smaller has some advantages. We can make decisions and turn on a dime whereas a very large conglomerate like Raytheon probably cant. Looking forward to hearing the earnings. Hope anyone who participates LIVE on the conference will post ASAP as those of us without WATTS lines will be MOST INTERESTED. JDN
