As far as the float being 3.4 million, I believe that is correct. There was a press release on June 2 regarding an additional offering, but to my knowledge that never happened. Here it is if you would like to read it:

Guess if you saw the outlet in Calgary, the plans to go global are taking shape. The potential here in my opinion, is phenomenal.

Perhaps I should make that last statment a little clearer. They estimate $250,000 - $300,000 to be generated by each location (this information is taken directly from Brad's post #244). Brad, I assume you mean after expenses?
