Dear Frank

I hope you are wrong! I think Razor has better cents<BG> than that.....maybe they found some new business in eastern Europe. I did not like when they mentioned about a possible conversion with those folks at APS. Maybe our friendly BROTHER will shed some light on it(although I doubt it)<SEG>.

Release talked specifically about API debt. Could "global financing" mean financing package for ALL debt? That's how I read it. Dilution is out in '98 a ways. Company could keep current the early payments, at 40,000, and 85,000, if they only earn what they earned last quarter.
It buys EXSO some time for the turnaround.
