If I was Robert Akins , I continue to champion the Product which I have spent my life thinking about, talking about, dreaming about. I continue to visualize the direction of our company and industry and relay that vision to our incredible employees. I think constantly about efficacy, meeting market demand, anticipating market growth, strategic planning, service, support, and quality. I continue to be obsessed with knowing exactly in real time what my customer's problems are so I can fix their problem. Credibility, honesty, and persistence are our cornerstone.

I spend my days thinking of improving efficiencies, improving relationships, improving communications, and not being afraid to fail. I let the bean counters worry about the bean counting. Questions and problem solving will determine who the winners and loser's are in this business. When you venture in to the unknown you must be ready to make mistakes and correct them pronto. Analytical thinking and trial and error will solve the problems. Failure is the seed that spurs one to greater accomplishments.

PR is important but I don't spend my days strategizing about it. Someday maybe, but not now. I have little time to hold the Analysts hand. I don't have time to worry about short sellers. I try to pacify vocal shareholders with as little of my time as possible to reassure them that someone cares. I know how to orchestrate the production of a high volume, highly technical product with sweet margins. I know how to increase the volume production of this product by over 100 percent in a year and I OWN the Market. We have an incredible team. The Market comes to us because we supply the best service, the best product, and we know the product better than anyone in the world. . Our team is the catalyst for risk taking of the entire organization. I have my family's financial future on the line with this venture. I have done my time and I know the business like the back of my Hand. The Buck stops with me. I know that I create, champion, and exemplify the entire culture of the organization. I know that My Prosperous attitude will breed prosperity in this organization.

I laugh at the analysts who have backward looking concerns. I laugh at the analysts who see only what they want to see. I laugh at the analysts who think they know the ins and outs of the industry from the last row of the cheap seats. Do they have first hand relationships with the customers. Do they have a true grasp of the Market Growth and the strategic thinking of the best minds in the World. Do they talk on a daily basis and spend time "at" our customer sites. Do the analysts have a clue other than the numbers which we are allowed to give them. Our customers are what is important to us. Our customers make our business. We cannot give information to support our stock price in spite of the panty wetting that goes on by the investment community. My god the future is bright. The visionaries see it. The Negative slanted analysts see only what is in their agenda to see.

I worry about competition only in the sense of what I can learn from them to improve our business. I think only in the positive. I refuse to accept anything but a Make it happen attitude.

OK, OK...I relent!!!!!

Even though I thought I would be OK if I missed out on Cymer if it never hit my target, CandleStick has a way of getting to me...

Count me in for 1000 shares at 19. I will be buying another 1000 shares at 15.25 if (not when) that ever happens.

Mike

TechHunter:

What's the rush on this letter/visit? Let's take our time and get it right! The stock will come back to fundamentals ... I don't mind getting more info and I don't mind being down (even as much as I am) on a stock I believe in. For those on the hairy edge of being called out maybe it's different. (I haven't bought more only because I don't want to get into that position). Perhaps we might revisit the low but IMHO it looks like we've seen the worst. People are realizing the value to be had in the tech area now. The upgrades are pop up. The big shots are all putting Asia in perspective. Robert Akins basicly came out with one of the most bullish statements I've ever heard a CEO publicly announce: 40% growth ... a real hard number and I'm sure he's being conservative or he wouldn't have said it!!! He's doing what he can.

Can we help? Maybe if we go about it right. Can we hinder? Probably
if we go off half cocked.
