Kathy, The IPO, according to what Frank Peters announced at the recent NYC Demo, will be between Jan-Mar of 1998. If my memory serves correct, FTEL will retain 60% of the the FNET stock. There will be a revenue stream from FNET to FTEL, but I can't remember what that number was. Any help with that? The goal is to raise 120 mill through the IPO!

To anyone: I have been trying to contact Helen this morning to find out if/when the appl for nasdaq has/will be filed. I keep getting a recording. Don't suppose they have run out the back door with the tempest do ya......... j/k

Anyways....... does anyone know anything definite about the listing.
