Stanley,
Check the Yahoo financial news releases for IOM. Yes, Clik! is the new drive replacing/using the n.hand system. It is the OEM product ready version to be available to OEMs to include in a variety of portable applications(printers, cameras,PDAs,etc). It will also be avail in a portable stand alone unit for use as a peripheral with any computing device.
Plenty of news releases and SI posts to bring you up to date.
