Alex: Here are some good sources: Electrical Power Research Institute at (800) 432-0267 American WaterWorks Foundation (719) 488-2000 (I think, you may have to call directory assistance) When you get EPRI on the line, ask them to send you Leslie Lamarre's article entitled "A Fresh Look at Ozone". Therein, she discusses municipal water treatment plants. Also, you might get info from the Int'l Ozone Assoc. at (203) 348-3542. But, they charged me an arm and a leg for their stuff, which is so technical you have to be a chemical engineer to understand it. Good luck!
