Yes...due to the recession. So we should increase taxes? That should help us out of the recession, don't you think?

Is that before or after debt service payments? What percentage of GDP is debt service payments?
Another factor is the Presidents in 1950s were much more qualified than the current community organizer. Would you not agree?
