J.R.,
You asked: "If the bid size is significantly larger than the ask size (800 x 50), does this indicate a strong support level?"

Yes, I would say so.

Your 2nd question: "If the ask is signifcantly larger than the bid size, does this indicate resistance or a lot of potential selling?

Yes, that's the way I see it.

Your 3rd question: "Is the "size" more signifcant with a stock like CVIA as compared to INTC or MSFT?"

There are many variables, but generally, OTC-BB stocks are FAR MORE volatile and LARGE sizes can change very quickly. So the the size still indicates the condition, but the time frame may be very short.

However, when you see small sizes (like 50x100) in an OTC-BB, it is not significant enough to have a lot of meaning. In big board stuff it probably means more.

In effect, size in OTC-BBs IS an indicator as it is in big board issues, but in OTC-BB it is just quicker and thus much less "shallow" in significance.

I hope that makes sense.

And, yes, I would say Total Shares Outstanding is quite important with respect to size.

Best wishes,
Brad
