I am disputing what you are saying but how do these links support your position?' What exactly do you think my position is? The only thing I ever say is the ground zero bust markets bottomed a good two years ago, RE is now an incredible bargain in much of the country while still too expensive in many of our gateway cities.. Typo......I meant to say I an NOT disputing your position. Notice few others on this board even pay attention to anything positive going on as it is not part of their 'agenda'.. Kinda shocked at the amount of money coming from out of the country buying all cash driving prices up 25%+ so fast in certain select areas. I just didn't think the links you provided supported your position but nonetheless, I agree with your position.
