dear Jeff, My apologies to you and the thread. I should of posted [off topic]. I am not interested in companies with few employee's, although FBN looks interesting. My point {not clear enough} is that there is no automatic solution, no silver bullet, and I believe that the complexity of y2k is proving to be a very involved process both in labor and organization,respectively. I was long alyd and am waiting for re-entry. As a lurker for many months I would like to say thank you for all of your valuable input. Patrick
