Another one-for-five reverse split for Freeseas: InPlay 6:03AM Freeseas announces its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation were amended to effect a reverse stock split of the co's issued and outstanding common stock at a ratio of one new share for every 5 shares currently outstanding ( FREE) 1.84 : The co anticipates that its common stock will begin trading on a split adjusted basis when the market opens on December 2, 2013. FreeSeas' common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "FREE."
