Please be specific and explain what the word "subversive" means to you. I was speaking rhetorically, so the "who" would be anyone who makes those comments. Not a specific person. I'm using the word "subversive" to mean the undermining of a stated goal or established order. The military can only hang together when there are agreed upon goals and an underlying trust that one's superiors are making wise decisions for the collective good.
