The only place they have ever been an operator is Wall Street.

The fact that pump and dumps have migrated from pink sheets to Wall Street completely discredits what is left of the SEC and only serves to undermine investors' confidence in the equity markets. Situations like this tells me that it is back to business as usual for Wall Street, but I suppose that shouldn't be a surprise considering the fact that economic advisors to the whitehouse are mostly from Wall Street. At the very least, it explains why not one bankster or broker went to jail over the meltdown.

By the way, if you would bother to do some real research, you would know that Ray has been operator many places around the world.
