don't be so cheap, you aren't getting any younger

Check out the coast of Anatolia (Belek), hundreds of resort beach hotels all of which put Vegas to shame, or any place in N America for that matter

Get your google earth out and spend a few hours on the coast starting 15 miles from Antalya and prepare to be stunned beyone your wildest imagination

Check out Premium Belek Resort
rixos.com

I'd go to Turkey long before I sweat to death in the stinking hot Philippines

Just got back to HK. On way home.

We intend to renovate the rooms next and then boost pricing sufficiently to yield a 37% per annum return on invested capital (no debt).

My partner n I stay at a little hotel in CBD but believe we can gather the shareholders at Paco given it's current state.

Worst comes to worst we can offer each shareholder enough rooms as refuge to last out ww3.

The intent with the experiment is to prove concept and do more 37% irr deals. There are under-developed n under-valued resorts as well.

besides, it is a fun exercise.
