Leigh,
Once again I agree with you. Anytime there's a snag in the developments and a press release is issued reporting a problem, it is a negative sign. My understanding is if Supercanal backs out of the deal, Tescorp is in a strong position to sue and gets to keep the $5 million that Supercanal has already paid them. Remember Leigh, SUPERCANAL WANTS TO DO THE DEAL BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING READY TO GO PUBLIC IN 1998. THIS IS A FACT!!!!!! If they blow this deal, they look extremely bad to investors. As for Tescorp, it's back to the drawing board. By this I mean they will have to seek financing once again, probably by equity and debt like they were seeking before. Who knows, I thought the company was worth more than $4.50 a share anyway.
