Hi Richard: Do you know of any reason for the huge move in HIW (+2 1/8) on amazing 3.065M volume ? Would that kind of accumulation be coming from a big REIT mutual fund ? I've got a big position in this one and I'am close to pulling the trigger if I get a little more next week. Always surprised at this kind of move AFTER the dividend. It almost seems like they don't want the dividend. I know I do. Good luck, John
