TH, I'm sure your intentions are honorable and well meaning. But frankly I don't know anything about your qualifications. Furthermore, we have not voted you to be a representative of this group nor anyone else. Therefore you are not qualified to represent the group at large. In addition, any comments that he makes to you must also be repeated exactly to every shareholder or you may become the unwitting recipient of insider information. As a result he cannot release any significant information to you anyway. IMHO, I think you should leave the CEO to run the company. This kind of distraction takes his focus away from his duties.
