Martin, actually $120M may be for much less than 40%. If memory serves, FTEL now only owns about 74% of FNET. If true, to maintain 60% of outstanding shares, only a 23% increase in outstanding shares is allowed (74% of 100 = 60% of 123), thus only 18.7% of FNET could be sold in the IPO (23/123=18.7). Somebody check my math and underlying assumptions, PLEASE -- I'm doing this in a rush to get back to work.
