His words were these 3 _remained_ to be cleared before release. He didn't mention Ontario Securities Commission or SEC either, so they probably no longer remained to be cleared. Enough CC with the nit-picking innuendos on consultants! IMO this has been going on a long time and has usually been incorrect, ilinformed, making mountains out of mole hills, and never been constructive. Lets let the company do the talking -- they are ready IMO. LG
