The Dem party has been decimated in the South. It will take a long time for it to ever come back.

They have the voters to win some elections here... just not the organization. If you can't beat Rick Scott who can you beat?


Why am I not surprised?!

BTW the anti-gerrymandering ballot initiatives won. Republicans are fighting the implementation tooth and nail, cause they have the state drawn like a crazy quilt to insure seats. Even some Dems in Rep "throw-away" districts are fighting it; they figured they were safe for life. Probably end up in years and years of litigation.


Its hard not to feel disgusted. When will people figure out that when you try to screw each other no one wins in the end?
