or of phoenix arizona

and those bear of hong kong

i am bullish of hk and bearish of sf

valuation is a many splendid thing

macro this n that is also wonderful

only time shall tell

i would say, "stay close to home, wherever home is, and keep away from debt, because we simply cannot know"
