Re the price. Most companies so far have targeted similar or even higher pricing than Apple, yet IMHO Apple is at the top end with $500 to $800 tablets. We haven't seen much at the mid or lower end yet. The Nook Color shows what's possible pricing wise and there's a big gap in price between the Nook and the cheapest iPad.

For $500, a lot of people have them around the house for browsing already. When they get to $200 for the same features, you'll see a lot of households with 2-3 of them lying around like books to pick up and use.
